SS Seaport Safe

For Churchmouse --

Squirrel and I had BP field trip earlier in the week to South Street Seaport
in order to confirm our past relationships with the buildings of the area,
and an excellent seafood lunch. The place looked terribly safe. Brookstones,
we agreed, is not a New Yorker destination, though when passing it is
tempting to browse the expensive gadgets. The angst w/ the Seaport is that it
competes with every other place anyone would want to go to when visiting NY.
