Howdy, regarding my terra cotta tiles on the houses in Arlington VA - I
did follow Marilyn's suggestion and checked out the national airport
hangar - close but not quite - the terra cotta tiles in the hangar are
smooth and more square.... mine tiles look like they have a crumb cake
sprinkle on them and again are placed on the exterior with mortar just
like gigantic bricks.  thanks for everyone's suggestions and help.. i
have a few local sources i am digging into and eventually i'll report
back with a scanned in photo of the things.  -- LARA
