Subject: Times Square Scaffold Collapse

Times Square Scaffold Collapse

For those curious as to the motions of BP time. The elevator scaffold that
collapsed in Times Square area in 98, and discussed on BP, fell across the
Woodstock Hotel, killing a resident. Apple is currently under contract to
complete exterior work on this building, unrelated to the repairs that were
previously completed due to the scaffold collapse. Full disclosure, the
design firm is Feld, Kaminetzky & Cohen, PC, of which Mr. Walter is
intermitently employed, though not on this particular project.
