Mah Deah Ms. Julep,

Dere's several pastabilities here:

1.  Her architect is NFG.

2.  She lives in the wrong place.  There may be no plasterers in Mudville.

3.  Move da house to somewhere where dere's plasterers.

4.  Find a old plasterer and pay him cash to get him out of retirement.
They                    seem to live forever.  Must be something in the
gypsum.
