Been there, I had a crew setting a 150HP fountain pump, no one knew any
signals, and had the operator madder than all get out. My timing
couldn't have been better, set the new pump in under ten minutes, we had
over 150' of stick, and the pump was hidden in bushes.

What frustrates me is when you have two people 
on the ground trying to guide the operator. Everyone wants to help.
