It's pouring here in NJ! After I battened down all the hatches I could find,
my front hall ceiling started dripping from somewhere. I cleared my
downspouts of debris, then discovered that the leak was INSIDE a second floor
window -- a double system failure (leaky lintel & sealed weep holes). Drip
... drip ... drip ..... schplat!....drip drip...(bits of ceiling plaster are
starting to fall down). I think I rigged up a way to divert the water outside
the window frame, but we'll see.

But generally things look OK so far, and the weekend promises to be sunny and
warm for the Pignic!
