"The black painted iron gate and replacement of window sashes. Because our
hous window's frems had been corrupt, I did replace them and same time
installed irongates on windows. My house was robbed five times before, and
each time a burglar had broken in to the house from the windows. I think
this is a only way to preventing a burglary. Please give me a permission to
keep those iron gates on my windows and doors. Cordiary, [signature]"

"We need to replace wood windows (and ugly aluminum storms) - many of which
have dry rot and broken weights and ropes, all of which are encrusted with
decades of accumulated layers of paint and are difficult to open and (in some
cases, dangerous) to clean - with vinyl clad [American Craftsman series 4000]
which will never need painting."
