As far as Rudy is concerned he declared martial law yesterday. A news
conference at 1:00 p.m. will be a regular occurrence in New York City until
further notice. All denizens of the city -- whether permanent or transient
-- will adhere his silly sibilantly lisped decrees. Those not complying will
be hauled into court, fined $50 and have a "Hillary No!" gimme cap stapled
to their heads.
