Sorry, I do not have additional details. I was brought in to consult on wood
gutters and drainage issues at Blaine. In the course of that work I learned
the original spec for the paint removal and saw the resulting paint failures,
which were related to the gutter failures. The paint failure was investigated
by others in 1997 and remedial work is now under way by others. (Who are these
"others" anyway? We read, "Work to be done by others." I hope someone other
that me is taking care of that other work. Otherwise I might be occupied in
some other business.)
