1- Had a buddy- 1st thing every morning went to OTB & bet any horse, "God
forbid, I should be walking around lucky & not know it"

2- Attended a bid opening for an OTB job we bid, prevailing wages... etc.,
etc....
We were underbid by 40 % , when I protested and the OTB people asked if I was
maintaining that the job couldn't be built @ prevailing wages in the winning
budget I replied- "Even if this guy has on a blue body stocking with a big red
S on the chest he can't build it in this budget.
This was the last time I rec'd a bid package from OTB.
