>I need to talk with you about Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC where the
absolute worst job of limestone patching I have ever seen was recently
completed using a Jahn product. The Biltmore Co.'s VP is talking with the
"approved" installer, but if no improvement can be made I have suggested to
Biltmore that we look into other products.

I may post photos of the work on my obscure private web page. I'll let you
know.

I am sincerely sorry any time I hear something like this. I have generally
liked the idea of providing training to installers (we trained nearly 300
in 1999), but felt that you have to make the training inexpensive,
practical and accessible or it doesn't work. We actually have been working
on putting together a community training session in Asheville, in
anticipation of some significant terra cotta repair work planned in 2000. I
had the pleasure of visiting last summer for some preliminary testing, but
unfortunately didn't make it out to the Biltmore.

I'd love to see the photos, just the same. Is the problem mechanical
performance or just plain poor finishing?
