Is the water ground or surface water, seasonal or perpetual. Just best  
practices-- Rudy?
And

Someone said there are no permanent solutions. There are no permanent  
problems either. And it's part of the deal, like John L says, to  
operate our buildings.

You all are amazing.... What would it be like if you were all on site  
together?
