Ralph, you goodie two shoes!  Snacks in the movie theatre are not a
threat to national security!

Even if George were sitting next to you and you spilled your drink in
his lap, it wouldn't adversely affect the governance or the delivery of
services.  However, it might have a devistating effect on the economy
of the husher who will get fired because he didn't have the forsight to
stop you...but its okay, Tom will give him a job that doesn't require
foresight... like gun background checker, or EPA compliance inspector.
