he he he... You got THAT right. He was trapped with me in a car on a road trip
on that particular occaision. Six dazed hours later, he finally stopped
arguing with me. Those I can't convince, I beat into submission.  :)

At least now, whenever I visit, he always takes me on lovely driving tours of
all the historic neighborhoods. I haven't yet been successful in convincing
him that preservation law really is a fascinating branch of the legal
profession, and he really should consider land-use law as a future career
alternative, but I live in hope...
