Ruth -

When I graduated from Ithaca High, my family bought me a Minolta SLR T201 (I
think that's the model#). I still use it. I get a lot of feedback from
strangers thinking I'm a pro because I sometimes have to change a lens and
it doesn't have any bells and whistles (at the time, the built in,
non-electric light meter was the cat's meow - hey, it was 1979 - and I've
only ever put in one new battery - half the time I forget to turn it off).
The thing's been beaten up - dropped a couple of times, cleaned once because
the shutter started to stick, but it's still my favourite camera.

I love it! Maybe Ken Burns will use some of your pictures, next time.

- Pam
