Rudy,
You rock!  I have been working with and architect and owner on a green
residence (geothermal, 2,200sf, sips) in Essex, CT..  Plans will be ready
for budgets soon, but I have a feeling the owner is getting cold feet as a
negotiated CM and may go out to bid to other GC's.

We're in what's left of Wayne County Ohio in an 1815 church relocated from 
Chenango Forks New York. In it's current configuration we have 1800 SF on 
the main floor with two open lofts of 450 SF each upstairs. The enclosure is

SIPs.
