Whaddaya mean you don't understand? What makes you think anybody understands
the 1916 zoning law, or any of its heirs, successors and assigns? That's why
youse guys write newspapers, and why God invented real estate lawyers. If
Churchmouse was grossed out by the petrified (putrified? prettified?)
chicken, and was revolted by the eminently reasonable notion of flworming
