We just finished the Chrysler Building, 68 floors, mostly with mild acidic
type cleaners and detergents - no collection system. No summonses just a few
bills for etched glass and damaged paint on cars.

OK, Ken (or other Pinheadf) just how much more stringent is DEP these days.
If you clean ten buildings with detergent for the brick and water for the
limestone - but no collection troughs or other protection - how many
summonses will you get? 1 out of 10? 8 out of 10?
