Thanks for all the suggestions.

Mrs C's car pooling fellow teacher is a painter in the summer.  He came 
by.  He wasn't real confident about the ladder jack and plank to the 
roof approach, but was all for the climbing gear.  Suzy didn't even 
question it!  Hey!  I'm gonna get a new toy....errr....TOOL!

I hope there's a good spot to set the top loopie thing.  Ooooh!  I get 
to buy rope too!  Oh this is soo COOOL!
