Hi Olgoat,  Don't think I have met you before.  We had venison steak for
supper tonight.  I just fried it in butter and it was quite good.  I don't
like it as well as beef because I like my beef quite rare and they say
venison should be well done.

I don't remember what all was in the mincemeat but there was a lot more
than molasses.  Apples and raisins and such.
