In response to your recent inquiry, I should think that dropping an M-80 down
an internal leader would, generally speaking, not fall within the range of
commonly conducted non-destructive test method approved by ASTM.  Therefore,
you might be well-advised to inquire of the Specifier and/or Owner just what
in the dickens they had in mind.
