The only missing equation  in Jeffs presntation (which I agree with) is that
"You have to know Jeff";
Lime is a much bigger business in Britian than it will ever be here the
reason is most of their masonry is LIME.....and so is most of our pre 1910 masonry
the only difference here is that those who write the specs here have no
experience with it ;as do most of the contractors..so it draws litle attention
until you get it inyour spec; then all hell breaks loose with the complaints
