Author, information architect, and software developer Jon Udell
argues that the Internet is more than a place to watch videos of
skateboarding dogs. Rather, it provides a place to pool collective 
knowledge to problem solve, to improve lives, and to inspire others. 
There has never been a better time, he says, to share what you know 
online or at your local library.
