In today's Mercury News article about the E-coli outbreak in spinach
(agriterrorrism?) after DNA testing of cow manure showed a matching strain:

``This is very significant. However, our investigation is not concluded in
any way shape or form,'' said Kevin Reilly of the state Department of Health
Services. ``We do not have a smoking cow at this point.''
