I have no idea how we rated using Baden-Powell's name or why we made the
change (I'll check that out).  Fuertes was hard to pronounce but it was near
and dear to me since my grand-dad was a birder and wrote a book on Fuertes
(all these years and I never realized Fuertes was a Cornell prof).  Thirty
or forty years ago grand-dad also narrated a record on bird songs and
literature that was recognized a year or two ago on NPR's "All Things
Considered" in the spot they do on "bad music"--he passed away about ten
years ago so I don't think this dubious moment of fame bothered him much.
