     Thank you for assuming that there was, in fact, a rational reason for
     my recent peculiar parenthetical comment.  I wish I could believe
     that!

     There are one or two chestnut trees that have survived the blight.  In
     fact I recently saw some sort of documentation for a place that had
     one and staged a big chestnut festival once a year.  Unfortunately I
     can't remember where it was, but if I do, I'll tell you about it.
