The limestone Apthorp, on 79th & Broadway, and the white brick Belnord, on
86th & Broadway, are being cleaned.  The cleaning on the Apthorp looks spotty
and splotchy.   What are some really good cleaning projects in the NYC area -
and some really bad ones?
