The vinyl window salesman phones Mr. Stooge.
"Hello, Mr. Stooge," said the sales rep. "I'm calling because our
company replaced all the windows in your house with our
triple-glazed weather-tight windows over a year ago, and you
still haven't sent us a single payment."
Mr. Stooge replies, "But you said they'd pay for THEMSELVES in 12
months!"

Mr. Stooge is pretty smart. He will take the money he has saved by not
paying for the
vinyl windows and invest it at a 10% return because in about 15 years his
vinyl windows will be broken and worn out and he will need every cent he
can scrape together to buy another set of vinyl windows.
