Why is it too late? It is never too late to help get a reasonable point across.
The people that are helping with IPTW-2000 are doing it for the right reasons and
the change will help them change their views. It will not be an insult.

Wording is very important, however what is more important is the act of dialog
whether done quietly or loudly. The interpretation of words will always be a
problem until the words are used and explained often enough to be commonly
understood. I would hope that PTN would rather have a lively discussion that ends
up with an understanding or maybe a compromise than a quiet respectful talk that
goes no where.

By today's teaching and education standards, I am sure many people in the
category "Trades" have learning disabilities. Now if the educational system were
run by the "Trades" I am sure that fewer "Trades" would be so designated and many
other people would be diagnosed as having  learning disabilities. Anytime one
group hold more power over the general population than is appropriate, then the
mean of things become advantageous to that group.
