Problems/trials/tribulations my a__!!!   Lets talk RAPE (and no didn't even
get kissed)!  My rehab needed electrical service upgrade, HVAC, and deferred
maintenance like roof repairs, some gutter work and scrape and paint.  I had
to pay $2400+ for construction insurance (c 3X what a homeowner policy would
cost) in Little Rock.
