Get some real earth. Put it on the floor. Turn it into fake earth.



I'm sure it will look exactly like fake earth and meet their performance

I thought there was a product called Polycoat that my employer bought to encapsulate asbestos on a dirt crawl space surface.  I see they don't promote that as a use for their products so either their lawyers thought better of the liability risks involved or I have the wrong company name.



After two or three spray applications it gave a tough rubbery surface.  I think it was a white liquid that dried black but I may be thinking of that "rust converter" stuff.
