Well, Ralph, just plug it in and listen. It won't be long til you find out
if it works or not. Also keep your eyes open and looking for smoke. If
smoke appears unplug quickly. Ruth

Ruth,

To tell you the truth, I don't know whether the 3 footed, 4 legged radio
even works; it came from an old colored man's house in Jersey City, so I've
probably had it for 22 or 23 years, and haven't tried to use it. I am
afraid that if it were put out in the pasture, the cows might get fed up
listening to it and hearing nothing, and try to tip it. Because of the
missing foot, that would be easy. In fact, it leans against the wall now,
to prevent it from being tipped by Mrs. Ralph and the little Ralphs.

As for cow music, I'd start (end end) with classical; God knows what might
happen if they had to listen to that hexter pexter rock and roll hippie
noise.

Let us know how it works.

Ralph

PS-- I'm not waiting for you at the Port Authority any more.
