I ran out of shelves.

Talking implausible architecture, a story I work on occasionally the
premise is the guy has so many books in his house that he lives in the
driveway in his historic Winnebago. Every once in while he goes into the
house and retrieves a book to which he then sits in the Winnebago and w/
a Bic pen inks out all of the words that he does not like. I have not
quite figured out the love interest angle... can't have a romance story
w/out a love interest angle.

Another reason for horizontal book shelves: I left a copy of 'Neurology
and Psychology', Plowman, with illustrations, in Mudslides hiding corner
in the living room and Kathy informs me that he ripped and shredded the
cover off of it. The section for Intracranial Haemorrhage is intact.
