I am an architect in Raleigh, and have also had some very frustrating experiences with
local tradespeople. We were recently doing a repointing job on a very elegant building on
the campus of a local private college. The contractor started without notification, and
using power grinders, screwed up a lot of the brick of this building. Its not like you can
get brick to replace the damaged stuff!!
