The winter 2000 issue of the (NYC) Triborough Bridge and Transit Authority's
house organ has a feature on the cornerstone removal at the Coliseum.
Included is a photo of Ken Follett handing the sealed copper time capsule
(removed from the cornerstone) to Laura Rosen, TBTA archivist. Ken is
wearing dark, unpressed trousers with whitist dust stains on the knees, a
dark fleece pullover, a cap, glasses with strap-retainers and a bold paisley
-patterned shirt. Despite the 1000 pound cornerstone hanging from a chain
winch, Ken is not wearing steel-toed shoes - unless Topsiders now have steel
toes. Two Apple employees (either one possibly Lurker Raydome???) look on
skeptically from the rear.

Ken is soulfully looking downwards, just like Garrison Keillor does after he
mentions lutefisk or being expelled from the church choir.
