It depends on to what degree the environment is considered in the 
economic equation. Then again, Sempronius is know to spend a lot of time 
at Summerhill soaking up the rays. Last anyone should desire is for him 
to hang out at a coffee house on DFI where I assume that you made his 
acquaintance last.
