The proposal was SUSPENSION... meaning, we would hang all lurkers from the
virtual rafters until their balloons burst! Sort of like driving for 200
miles without a pit stop. The idea being to alter the signal:noise ratio.
Nobody said anything, that I am aware of, in regard to termination of anyone
from BP.
