Lately several of our customers have mentioned the work quality versus
price issue, and commenting that even now they prefer to pay more,
knowing they are getting a better overall value.



I did witness one contractor and their subcontractor more rigorously
enforcing safety procedures. As smaller companies are taken over by
large ones, the larger ones are more concerned with litigation and more
inclined to enforce safety.

Not to mention trying to keep that insurance multiplier as low as
possible.
