Professor,

I wld call this the back end of the house w/ the ocean surf on the other 
side where the big winders are at.
If it were a car my wife wld say it has a big ass.
We have these things on Lung Island as well. Sand country.
Me, I want a bus depot w/ a house in it w/ a tall tower for when we want 
fresh air.
Either that or something smaller w/ a nice sittin' porch.

If one were of a Jain persuasion then it wld make sense to have an 
uber-short driveway so that one were not running over any more germs & 
bugs than absolutely necessary.
Reminds me of my friend Rufus who decided never to bathe lest he kill 
off the critters living on him.
