(No shit...they need it so bad, they sent a pipe from the Atlantic Coast to
Lake Gaston up north of here along the VA/NC border...so far, they're
winning the legal fight...they rolled the dice and built it anyway...if
they lose, not only do they have legal expenses, they have a long useless
expensive straw)
