There is a wonderful competition in Cape Cod every year as to which Restuarant
has the best New England Clam Chowder; I think there might be one in Maine
also; the judges go un announced and print their findings at the start of the
summer season.with the top ten chowders( Mildreds Chowder house one two years
in a row.)  and has suckered this bi-valve on more than one occasion..regards
