Pam,  I was thinking of when I was a kid, fifty or so years ago.  Girls
definitely were not welcome at Boy Scout events in those days.  I have been
a Tiger Cub leader and was on Cub Scout committees when the boys were in
Cub scouts.  Neither of my boys went on to Boy Scouts, I think it was the
leaders, they didn't do much of interest.  Ruth
