For the first five months of this year I had an incredible work schedule
including 17 days of presentations at various conferences, workshops and
seminars. Topics ranged from sod houses and Czech architecture in Nebraska, to
wood window preservation in South Dakota to trades business practice in
Vermont. I'm testing out whether or not to make these educational offerings a
regular part of my business.

Ken: I have a consulting prospect out on the north branch of LI. He has a
smaller 19th cen. house. I will need to get him in touch with some local
contractors and tradespeople who have a sensitive way with older buildings.
Issue include: a stamped sheetmetal roof to save, plaster repairs, fireplace &
chimney, project phasing and C. of O.. It's a smaller residential building
(1350 sq.ft.) so I'm not sure if your company would be interested. I thought
you might help me get connected into the LI preservation loop.
