there are a few ways you can have it approved now, look at the site. My only 
suggestion, if you do get on echolink, use it for the original intended 
purpose and get on the air with it and not as a voice chat client. many hams 
I know, myself included, have absolutely 0 respect for those that use it for 
a voice chat client and not to get on the air.
