Just had a successful straight key night QSO somewhere on 80 meters. (don't
ask me where) I fired up the old Yaesu FT7 and urica! It still works.
Putting out 11 watts, acording to the Tw1. At the risk of sounding too
elitist, working around 10 wpm when I'm used to 30 took some adjusting but
was fun. i'll probably be haunting 80 and 40 from time to time through
Tuesday. Hope to catch some of you. Happy new year from WA3MIX and WB3KRN.
