I found both things I was looking for folks. The counter is the Freq Mite
from Small Wonder Labs and, if anyone has one of these already built in a
stand alone box I want to talk to you about buying it.

The other item has a couple of choices. First is the Tuner from Palomar at
$99.95. The second option is a little kit from Tentec which does pretty
much the same thing. However, it is only available in kit form and you
would either have to switch it out of the line before transmitting or build
in some kind of bypassing for transmit power. It sells for $17 in kit form.

Thanks for all your help on these and I look forward to hearing from someone
who might have the counter available. 73
