Phone operation is allowed on 7075-7100 kHz in Puerto Rico, US Virgin

10,100-10,150 kHz Extra, Advanced, General (CW, RTTY and data) Maximum power
on 30 meters is 200 watts PEP output. Amateurs must
avoid interference to the fixed service outside the US.
