I have for sale a Standard C228A.  This is a dual band handy talkie covering
144/220MHZ.  The rig comes with rapid charger and two rapid charge batteries
just under 3 months old.  The rig is extremely accessible to the blind.  You
can set the pl tones, the split, power, and other functions via the
keyboard.  When toggling through the functions the pitch of the key beeps
change to indicate what is going on.  I am asking $300 for the complete
package.  It's in great shape and a rather rare peace of equipment.
