Good evening everyone, a couple of weeks ago I was working with Handi Hams
on the license changes I am making in terms of my address.  We weretrying
to establish an account with the ULS on the fCC's homepage, and I know it
isn't themmost friendlyist page on the web for someone who is blind.  The
problem we had was that we couldn't get into even register, because they
claimed that I had already registered.  Is there anything I can do to
straighten this out?  I have my form 605, but I would still like to
straighten out my situation on ULS.  Any help would be appreciated, and
thanks in advance.
