Mary -

I don't know what mail program you use, but I'm going to assume that you use
Outlook Express. To get your mail properly formatted, do the following:

1. From the main (Inbox) OE window, press Alt+T to open the Tools menu and
arrow up (once, I think) to Options and press enter.

2. Press Control+Tab three times to get to the Send page in the Options
window and start to tab down. When you hear "Reply to messages in the
format in which they were sent" make sure this is not checked; if it is,
press the space bar to uncheck it. Continue to tab down (three times should
be right) until you hear "Plain Text" and check it...the default, just above
it, is "HTML" and it is probably checked. Tab four more times and repeat
this. Tab to OK and press enter.

What the above two steps do is ensure that you will _always_ be sending mail
in plain text, which is what's preferred. Good luck.

Hi Everyone,

Why is my message going in this format only when I write in this group?

Thanks.
